Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery. Frequently, delivery will be faster than this.  

In order for each item to reach you as soon as possible, some items ordered together may arrive seperately. 

From time to time, due to high demand, a product may come out of stock between when a product is ordered and dispatched. On these occassions we will contact you and offer you a replacement product or a refund.

As standard, all shoes are packaged in a see-through tote bag that is perfect for fitting through a letter box.

For special occasions we also offer a gift wrapping service for all shoes. For an additional £3 Shoo Shoos will be gift wrapped and Inch Blue shoes will be presented in a gift box. To use our gift wrapping service, simply select the box at checkout. You will also be given the option of including a message for your gift. 

You can return your order for any reason at any time within 28 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. If the goods are faulty or incorrect we will send you a stamped addressed envelope to return the goods and also refund the cost of any postage. Please contact us for any further information.

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by Credit Card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. Prices are inclusive of UK sales tax which is 0% for baby shoes.
