What is the Tots Tootsies affiliate program and how do I join? The affiliate program allows suitable companies to advertise on our site. Please contact us if you would like to be an affiliate of Tots Tootsies.
Returns and Exchanges You can return your order for any reason at any time within 28 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange providing the goods are in a re-saleable condition. If the goods are faulty or incorrect we will send you a stamped addressed envelope to return the goods and also refund the cost of any postage.
Can I wash the footwear? Yes. Shoo Shoos footwear is hand washable in cold water. Inch Blue footwear can be wiped clean with a damp cloth or with an approved leather cleaner.
How do I wash my babygro?
Machine or handwashable at 40 degrees or less
How do I wash my Wheelybug? Wipe with a damp cloth.
How do I wash my Hipseat? Hipseats are machine washable. Refer to care label for details.
Are your shoes safe for toe suckers? Yes, all shoes are made from natural products and non-toxic dyes. Safe toe nibbling is only a foot away!

How are the shoes packaged?
All shoes are received packaged in a see-through plastic tote bag similar to those in the image at the top left of this page.
Can I place one order and have it sent to two different addresses? No. Please place separate orders for delivery to separate addresses.
How much is postage and how long is delivery? Please refer to the delivery section of our Customer Service page
Do you offer international delivery? Not as standard however if you have a specific request, please contact us and we will see if international delivery can be arranged.
Do you offer a gift wrapping service? Yes, gift wrapping is available at an additional £2 for footwear, £3 for Hipseats and £4.50 for Wheelybugs. To use our gift wrapping service simply check the box when adding the item to your shopping cart. Gift Sets come beautifully presented in a gift box at no additional charge. Do you sell gift vouchers? Not at this time however we are likely to offer this service in the future.
